The Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) evaluates compounding pharmacies and grants accreditation to facilities complying with PCAB’s high quality standards. PCAB accreditation is voluntary and requires a rigorous evaluation process, including an extensive on-site evaluation.
